With over a decade of experience, a finance diploma from NAIT, and invaluable mentorship from his father—who has over 40 years in the industry—Derek has grown Mac Insurance into a thriving brokerage. He confidently tailors policies, whether for personal lines, life insurance, or RRSPs. His deep understanding of the registry business, paired with his problem-solving expertise, enables him to find solutions for every client, giving them peace of mind throughout their insurance and registry processes.
Outside of work, Derek is actively involved in his community, volunteering with his local hockey league and staying connected with his hometown of St. Albert, which holds a special place in his heart.
